3. Services, Information Products, and Goods
3.1 Automated Services
Our primary offering is document workflow automation. Scheduling details will be provided upon purchase. You may request a change to the schedule by contacting support via Contact Form. If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, we will issue a refund.
3.2 Information Products
Digital materials—such as guides, templates, or training modules—are delivered electronically. Once accessed or downloaded, access is granted permanently, and no reimbursement will be provided due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.
3.3 Physical Goods
For tangible items, a reimbursement request may be submitted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Use the Contact Form to initiate the process.
4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
All reimbursement or rescheduling requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. For service rescheduling, please contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Services marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase are not eligible for reimbursement. Information products accessed digitally are not refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
Declaviro is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, products, or goods. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant offering.
